Manufacturers' Agents Association for the Foodservice Industry

Since its establishment in 1949, the Manufacturers' Agents for the Foodservice Industry (MAFSI) has been an outstanding example of the power of cooperative and voluntary efforts of individual members of an international trade association.

Today, MAFSI thrives with more than 600 member companies representing roughly 2,000 sales agents and marketing professionals, manufacturing executives and allied foodservice representatives internationally. MAFSI members are a major force in the foodservice equipment, supply and furniture segment of the $335 billion foodservice industry.

MAFSI's mission is to promote the professionalism and continued growth of the manufacturers' representatives' function in the food service industry and enhance their sales and marketing methods. MAFSI provides a number of services for its members including training and education, business management, sales and marketing and technology, industry policy development including ethical standards development, liaison with other industry groups, annual conferences and trade shows, personal networking opportunities, and communication through our quarterly magazine, OutFront. These programs and services are designed toward:
